The Influencer Marketing Executive is will nurture, educate, and incentivise our affiliate/creator community - specifically across TikTok Shop to produce a consistent stream of high-performing content. By bridging the gap between community management and performance marketing, the Influencer Marketing Executive ensures our creators are top-tier contributors to the brand’s revenue and creative library.
📒 Your responsibilities:
Creator Community & Engagement
Own and manage our affiliate Discord group, fostering an active and motivated creator community
Set and run content challenges to inspire participation and drive high-quality output
Coach creators on best-performing content formats and strategies, delivering training to continually raise the bar
Proactively encourage creators to increase their posting frequency and engagement
VIP & Partnership Management
Lead regular calls with VIP creators to nurture relationships and align on content goals
Assist with monitoring social media posts to ensure partnership deliverables are on track, and maintain the partnerships tracker for creator content follow-ups
Platform & Operational Management
Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop and Refunnel operations, including creator approvals and platform hygiene
Set and manage content challenges directly within Refunnel
Process and manage performance-based creator payments through Refunnel
Content & Creative Support
Support UGC creator sourcing for new product launches and brand events
Assist with downloading and organising creator content into the creative Google Drive
Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team as needed
✅ What you bring:
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience — you've worked within TikTok Shop Seller Center and/or affiliate platforms and know your way around the ecosystem
1–2 years in affiliate or community management, ideally within TikTok Shop or a similar creator programme
A strong eye for content — you instinctively know what makes short-form video convert; hooks, transitions, and CTAs are second nature to you
A proven track record of creating or briefing high-performing short-form video content
A natural relationship-builder who's confident jumping on calls with VIP creators and keeping communities energised and motivated
Operationally minded — organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing platforms, trackers, and processes without dropping the ball
