The Influencer Marketing Executive is responsible for the full creator journey — from identifying and onboarding top-tier TikTok and Instagram talent, to nurturing and incentivising an engaged affiliate community that consistently produces high-performing content. Bridging pipeline growth with performance marketing, this role ensures our creator network is always full, always active, and always contributing to both brand awareness and revenue.
📒 Your responsibilities:
Creator Discovery & Outreach
Research and identify relevant creators aligned with the brand across TikTok and Instagram
Manage outreach for collaborations, campaigns, and events across email and social platforms, handling incoming responses
Identify and reach out to potential expert partners on relevant platforms
Onboarding & Operations
Maintain and update creator details across the outreach database and partnerships tracker
Coordinate product shipments to creators, including order creation, tracking, and resolving delivery issues
Handle TikTok Shop and Refunnel operational management, including creator approvals
Community & Affiliate Management
Manage the affiliate Discord group, keeping the community active and engaged
Set and manage content challenges on Refunnel
Encourage posting frequency and recognise high-performing creators
Conduct regular calls with VIP creators
Manage performance-based creator payments via Refunnel
Content & Performance
Follow up with UGC creators to ensure timely content delivery, logging activity in the Asana creative pipeline
Monitor social media posts to ensure partnership deliverables are met
Train creators on best practices for high-performing content
Support UGC creator sourcing for new launches and events
Asset Management & Administration
Upload, organise, and label creator content in Google Drive
Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team as needed
✅ What you bring:
We have two openings for this role. Both require a strong foundation in influencer marketing — one is focused on affiliate and community management (TikTok Shop experience required), the other on creator discovery and partnerships (TikTok Shop experience not essential).
Both Roles Require
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a related field
Proven proficiency across TikTok and Instagram ecosystems, with a strong understanding of short-form video content
The ability to identify high-potential creators and distinguish between aesthetic fit and genuine brand alignment
Content intuition — an understanding of what makes content perform (hooks, transitions, CTAs)
Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with creators and partners
Solid written communication and administrative competence
An operational mindset with strong attention to detail
Role 1 — Affiliate & Community Management (TikTok Shop Experience Required)
1–2 years of affiliate program or online community management experience
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and/or affiliate platforms such as Refunnel
A track record of creating or briefing high-performing short-form video content
Motivational and persuasive — able to energise a creator community and drive posting behaviour
Role 2 — Creator Discovery & Partnerships (TikTok Shop Experience Not Essential)
1–2 years of experience in influencer outreach, talent sourcing, or PR
Confident and proactive communicator, comfortable managing outreach pipelines and building relationships from scratch
Highly organised with strong logistical and administrative capability
